Quick Tip

For Bakers - Fill a large salt shaker (more like a sugar shaker) or even a recycled "grated cheese" plastic container with flour to use to dust work surfaces with flour, before rolling pastry dough, biscuits or scones.  It prevents too much flour from being added to pastries (which can toughen these foods).  Also, keep one shaker filled with sugar for sprinkling on top of scones, pies or cookies.  This way, you don't use a spoon and dump sugar on, instead sprinkle in a salt shaker.
