Well, I tried one the other day for lunch.
I cooked some oatmeal with a pinch of salt (as usual).
Meanwhile, I chopped up green onions, a slice of cheddar cheese, and found some leftover steamed broccoli.
I added the cooked oatmeal to the bowl, crumbled the cheddar on top and sprinkled the broccoli and green onions.
I ate a bite. Not bad. But missing something.
So, I added a drizzle of low sodium soy sauce. Perfection.
The dish was warm, tasty and satisfying.
(On a side note, just to show how weird I am, I could have eaten all these components all by themselves. But, they were delicious together!)
