Cheesecake, Lovable Cheesecake

Cheesecake....heart attack on a plate. Delicious, creamy, heavy, filling, yummy.
Simple ingredients, eggs, butter, cream cheese, sometimes ricotta, sour cream.
There is a whole restaurant chain The Cheesecake Factory who has not only a full menu (it is a book, actually) for entrees and appetizers, but there is a whole menu for cheesecakes!
When we travel to Florida or Nevada, we always try and go to a Cheesecake Factory at least twice. The food is great. They have an unusual assortment of unsweetened and sweetened iced teas which I love.
But, the cheesecake menu....oh my.
They have the traditional "plain" variety.
They have assorted chocolate varieties - with fruit, without, with liqueurs and without, tirimisu cheesecake, apple pie cheesecake. Then there are oreo, brownie sundae cheesecake, low carb, key lime pie.... oh dear.
The girls love the pumpkin cheesecake. I love the carrot cake cheesecake (best of both worlds!). Jon usually gets something with chocolate.

One of my college housemates friend (an aspiring chef who slept on the couch) made cheesecakes for us as rent payment, also to hone his skill. He made a chocolate swirl amaretto cheesecake. And his were only half as think as the regular mile high cheesecakes. I guess it was his version of lowfat.
It was great tasting, although I never met a cheesecake I didn't like.

We have the cheesecake factory rigt in Albany. When you guys come down and visit we can go out there. My favorite type of cheese cake there is the Hot Fudge Sundae Cheesecake. It taste just like a hot fudge sundae.
