More Pumpkin Recipes...

I saw this recipe and had to try it! Knowing that Allie is brave, she tried it with me and it was delicious!
Ok, the addition of vanilla ice cream makes anything delicious. I keep pumpkin puree in the freezer, so I just added it frozen, but canned unfrozen pumpkin will work just as well.

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 T brown sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen pumpkin puree
1 crushed graham cracker

Combine everything in a blender, except the graham cracker. Whirl until thickened.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Serve with a straw!

Delicious. Allie liked it too!
