Healthy Salad with Healthy Ranch Dressing

I made this very delicious salad tonight. I try and make a meatless dinner each week and tonight was the night! The salad was delicious. It was light but very filling. I made some very healthy ranch dressing that was absolutely delicious. The bread was warmed and topped with rosemary.
Ranch Dressing:
1 cup fat free Greek yogurt
1/3 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 T white vinegar (any vinegar can be used, red wine vinegar tints the dressing a little pink)
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp dried onion powder
1/2 tsp dried garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried dill weed

Combine all ingredients with a whisk and then chill at least 30 min before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
6 cups lettuce greens
1 package grape tomatoes
1 sliced red onion
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 can chick peas, rinsed and drained
1 head steamed broccoli, chilled
1 cup pitted olives (or any combination of olives)
1 sliced red pepper

Wash and dry all the vegetables.
Toss in a large salad bowl and then season with salt & pepper.
I serve the salad undressed. This way people can add the amount of dressing they like. Also, any leftover undressed salad will keep in the refrigerator for a day.
