Reminds me of Zeppoli!

This delicious looking "cake" goes by many different names, bubble loaf, pinch me cake, Hungarian coffee cake, golden crown or what we call "Monkey Bread".
To make it, you take balls of bread dough or biscuit dough if you prefer, dip them in melted butter and then roll them in cinnamon sugar. Place them all in a greased bundt pan and bake until the dough is cooked.

Variations - some people add chopped pecans or walnuts to the cinnamon sugar mixture, some people make a icing that they drizzle on the finished cake.

It is absolutely delicious. Especially when warm from the oven. At this time, you can pull the cooked balls of bread off the loaf. (maybe this is how it got the name "monkey bread"!)

To make it quick and easy, you can use pre-made bread dough or make up some dough from a baking mix. Yummy!
