Weekly Recap

This week was a whirlwind of things happening - from Switzerland defeating Spain in the World Cup, a huge upset to Obama's approval ratings dropping to a new low, to NH Supreme Court Justice Broderick announcing his retirement, this week has been busy.

My peonies and roses are blooming and today was gorgeous and hot.
The girls finished their school year today and are ready for summer. I completed three days of Tennis Boot Camp and survived.

My tennis partner, Natasha spent all day (from 8 am - 5 pm) testing for her tennis certification to become a pro. She has spent the last 6 months studying to test and today, she got her chance. She had to give a private lesson, a group lesson and then do hours of video critiques, diagnosing errors that players were making. She also had to complete a long process where the tester asks for specific shots in specific positions on the court and you have to achieve 9 out of 15....
She told me that it was a grueling day and she won't hear the results for 4 - 6 weeks!
She will be a fantastic tennis pro and I believe that she will pass with flying colors! She hopes to start teaching in the fall!
