Around Town: September in NH

Today was another gorgeous day.  We have had more than our fair share in the last 3 months!
Here are the pumpkins are Spring Ledge.  They looked festive and beautiful!

Here is Spring Ledge's Pumpkin Patch.  I love the bold colors!
And here is the entrance to the cutting garden. I picked some lavender stems when I was there.

Tracy Library's fountain was still bubbling despite the morning frost.  The flowers in the garden are now fall flowers, sedum, black eyed Susans and more.

And here is the floral display inside the library.  Peggy Birch created the arrangement complete with dog collar around the vase and dog biscuits on the mat.  The card says:
Hydrangea Dog with black eyes Susan & Coneflower centers for the eyes and nose 
and hosta leaves for the ears.
"Sometimes nature does the design for you".

It's nice living in a small town.
