We drove up to Littleton today to see these two adorable cuties and their father. We headed to Main Street for a fun festival in town. Claudia & Theo are so independent even heading down the stairs all by themselves!
This bridge connects the Senior Center to Main Street. It was built in 2004 - a modern day covered bridge and was really fun to walk across. The kids loved it and the view of the river and the grist mill was breathtaking.
Here is the gang walking to another bridge. The sky was perfectly blue.
The second bridge was a suspension bridge with metal grates. It wasn't for those scared of heights as you could see through to the river.
On our walk, I mentioned that Claudia ran like a bird. She proceeded to squawk like a chicken! It was very cute!
Here she is on the bridge taking in the view of the grist mill with her father.
Theo and Ashley did a lot of walking together.
We went to the Pie Festival for dessert. Damian and Theo tried the strawberry cream pie. It smelled great and I think they both enjoyed it. Claudia had some ice cream.
It was a fun day!
