New Year's Eve

I'm still a few days behind on my blogging!  The New Year's holiday kept me busy.  Here are some recaps from New Year's Eve at the restaurant.  Dad was super busy and each meal was remarkable.  Here are few that I had a chance to photograph before they left the kitchen!

Carpaccio. Carpaccio.  Carpaccio.  We had a run on these!  People ordered them for appetizers and even a main course!

The evening went smoothly.  The meals were amazing looking.  At the end of the evening, before our last guests said goodnight, they remarked at how much they enjoyed dinner!  After much clean-up we got started on the next day's dinner for the family!
