Homemade Version of Irish Cream Liqueur

I have a recipe that calls for Bailey's Irish Cream, the liqueur with coffee, chocolate and cream flavors.  Since I didn't have any in the house, I decided to make some.  Oh, is it good.  I keep it in the fridge, unlike the store bought bottle that lasts on the shelf.
This recipe is easily modified, adding more or less chocolate, coffee or whiskey as you deem.  It gets better as it ages!

Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur

1 cup half and half (or light cream)
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup Irish whiskey
1 tsp instant espresso powder
2 T chocolate syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract

Dissolve espresso powder in a tablespoon of water.  Combine all ingredients and either shake or blend until combined.  Store in the refrigerator and shake before serving.
