Traditions are predicted behaviors. As children grow up, they learn the traditions of the family and come to be part of the them. As they engage in the same activity and have positive, heartfelt emotions, the family bonds. These interactions are what was known as "quality time" in the '90's. Through these interactions, the child feels a sense of belonging and identity. And through these interactions, children develop character, love and confidence. Today's prompt encourages remembering some good times.
