Nutrition

In an effort to add more nutrition to our lives, we have been making a effort to have salads and/or fruit at every meal.  Ashley, who has always loved fruits and vegetables, eats them more than anyone else in the house.  She has been known to run up to the grocery store just to get fruit!
One day she came home with a bunch of lovely berries and told me she was going to make fruit plates for dinner.
I knew we were in for a treat, because Ashley makes her food delicious and artistic.  And here is just something she threw together.  Isn't it gorgeous?
It's good to know that she eats so well.
