Day at the Farm

As summer comes to an end, we can start to see the season's bounty.
The bees are working hard all day, taking advantage of all the growing that has been going on..
Someone planted and then harvested garlic. They have to dug up and then dried in the sun before they are ready.
 Beautiful snap peas.
Squash - I love the shapes.

And then the sunflowers are just starting to open.
 Some haven't opened yet.
And some have!
 Tomatoes are starting to ripen.
But while Mother Nature has been busy growing, someone has to do the planting, feeding, weeding, harvesting, trimming, picking, de-bugging, drying and lastly, enjoying!
