The first Technicolor Tuesday post is a favorite picture of a horse that Ashley cared for when she was a therapeutic horse assistant one summer. This picture was very challenging because the photo is heavy with browns. It was quite fun to see the simple differences. The first color scheme features warm browns, peach, beige, dark chocolate and black. The sawdust in the photo picks up peach hues. The colors are intriguing.
The second color scheme still has a lot of browns, but adds blues as well, resulting in a deep purple, lavender gray and warm browns. When I focus on these colors, I see the reins look more purple and dusty gray. When looking past the obvious, unusual colors reveal themselves and add interest and depth.
