Turkey Cookies - Version 2

The second version of turkey cookies are made with peanut butter cookies - the kind that resemble a peanut.  (Vienna Fingers might work as well.) These cookies require more time to set and should be done in steps. 
When making these cookies, you can use either Royal frosting or melted chocolate to act as your "glue" to hold it together. Royal frosting is used to hold gingerbread houses together.  Melted chocolate is quicker and easier to use.

Make the "tail" and assemble the face using either melted chocolate or Royal Frosting and then set each  piece aside while the frosting dries or the chocolate sets.  When set, assemble the turkey by placing another Reece's PB cup on the bottom and then glueing the face and tail to the bottom PB cup.
