Recipe: Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Pops

Whenever we would go to the Tilton Outlets, we would stop at a chocolate store and get chocolate covered marshmallows.  The candy was delicious, simply marshmallows on a stick dunked in chocolate and rolled in colored sprinkles. The flavor was out of this world and the girls and I always enjoyed it. I wanted to make it at home and finally after all these years took a chance and made them.
It's hardly a recipe -- just put marshmallows on a stick (2 or even 3) and then dip in melted chocolate and then either roll them in sprinkles or just sprinkle them on top.  The hardest part is letting them cool before you eat them. Warning: It is a messy process and they are delicious....
