Bird Series: Olive Warbler

The Olive Warbler is a long winged bird found in Mexico, Central America, Arizona and New Mexico. It is known for it's black mask that goes from it's bill to behind's it's ear that makes it so interesting.
I took the sketch and added a bunch of layers, trying to contrast the dusty colors of the body with small lacy flowers and white bricks. I used the repetitive pattern in the border to copy the repetitive pattern with the rectangular bricks.
