This recipe is delicious as a side sauce for beef dishes. It's great added to tacos or used in place of sour cream for nachos or even baked potatoes. Fresh lime, parsley, garlic, Greek yogurt and sour cream make is light, tangy and somewhat creamy! Use low fat or nonfat sour cream and Greek Yogurt too. Feel free to adjust the chili powder for a kick. 1 tsp gives a quiet underlying flavor, but add more for a whollop of spice.
