Bird Series: Barn Swallow

There are six species of the Barn Swallow in North America. They feed on flying insects and fly low to the ground and water. They are easily spotted by their fork-like tail.
I enhanced the background, making it look like my grandmother's faux marbled formica counters. I added spots of darker pinks, lighter pinks and streaks of gold.
