Recipe: Cranberry Apple Crostini

1 bag cranberries, washed and picked over
1/2 - 3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp rosemary
2 apples, peeled and chopped
1 small wheel Brie
6-8 slices bread

Place cranberries, sugar, rosemary and apples in a large saucepan. Cook down for 10 minutes until mixture is thick.
Slice bread and cut into small pieces. Place on a parchment lined pan and put in a 400 oven for 6-8 minutes. Turn bread pieces over and place back in the oven for 6 more minutes.
Meanwhile, slice Brie into pieces to fit on top of the bread.
Remove tray from oven and top each piece of bread with a piece of cheese. Top with a spoonful of cranberry apple topping.
Return to oven for 3 minutes until cheese melts.
Serve.
