I make a point to be active every day. I regularly play tennis and lift weights, but I also like to mix things up and do other exercises and challenges. I like short, month-long challenges that push me, but are also fun to tackle. I found the 45 Push Up Challenge online and decided this would be my latest challenge.
The link gives good information about doing push ups including taking it slowly, having good form, and maintaining proper position. Practicing proper form will be help you gain strength and even cardio. I made a small chart that I can just check off as I accomplish each day's task. The challenge lasts only 28 days and there are 5 days off, with no push ups on those days.
