Glass Fusing: Birch Trees Nightlight

This is the second nightlight featuring birch tress, the first one I made is can be found here. The first one I made had the birch trees with a dark background. This one is done on clear glass, so more of a day setting. It uses simple colors and some yellow and green frit for the leaves.
And here is the fused piece. It's very light and open. I love how the top of the piece formed scallops from where the trees ended. Glass fusing is never 100 percent predictable. There are always surprises when the piece comes out of the kiln.
